| Sandra Alberga
Sandra Alberga brought the sport of gymnastics to the Cayman Islands in 1999 after her daughter watched gymnastics on television and pointed out there was no gymnastic school in the Cayman Islands. A former aerobics instructor, Sandra knows the importance of fitness. Sandra's goal as co-owner of Motions' is to provide a safe environment for children and adults to learn gymnastics and a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere before and after class. Sorin Rad Sorin comes to Motions Unlimited from Romania. He competed in men's gymnastics from 1993 to 2005 with several 1st through 3 place wins on rings, vault, floor and all-around at various international meets.. He has had 15 years experience training and competing in gymnastics. He began studies in Physical Education and Sports before leaving Romania. Sorin traveled throughout Eastern Europe performing as an acrobat for the three years proceeding his employment here in the Cayman Islands. Sorin now teaches all levels of gymnastics and trampoline here at motions, his favorite being the boys classes. Email: srad@motionsunlimited.com |
